WholeArc

A technology company for people who are tired of technology that wastes their time.

WholeArc — the identity applied across a campaign portrait.

WholeArc builds productivity and wellness products that are simple enough to feel invisible and thoughtful enough to feel personal. This study looks at how its strategy, voice and identity grew from one belief: if it doesn’t make your day easier, it shouldn’t exist.

The question
Why does modern life feel so complicated when we have more tools than ever? And how does a brand stand apart from big tech, hustle-driven productivity and preachy wellness, all at once?
What we found
That restraint could carry the whole brand: a clear purpose, a voice with honest dos and don’ts, and a quiet identity built on a single gesture, the arc.
Tagline

life, easy.

Technology should feel like a deep breath, not another notification.

01 — The story

People don’t need another app. They need fewer things to worry about.

WholeArc started with a ridiculously simple question: why does modern life feel so complicated when we have more tools than ever?

The name says it all. Whole, because it looks at the full picture of a person’s life, not just one slice. Arc, because life isn’t a straight line. It curves, it bends, it moves.

Off-white space, soft skies and one thin line: an identity that stays out of the way, like the products it stands for.

Purpose

Quietly make everyday life easier.

For people, through thoughtful technology.

Vision

Build the most human tech company in the world.

Where every product feels like it was made by someone who actually understands your day.

Mission

Simple, well-made digital products.

That help people be more productive, more well and more present, without adding to the noise.

02 — Where it sits

Not enterprise. Not consumer junk.

Somewhere in between, where things are built with craft and care for real people living real days.

  • Unlike big tech: not trying to own your attention. Trying to give it back.
  • Unlike productivity startups: no hustle culture. Ease.
  • Unlike wellness brands: not preachy. Practical.
  • One north star: did this give someone back a piece of their day?
Personality

Archetype

Voice: a really good friend who happens to know a lot

“One less thing to think about.”

“Transform your life with our revolutionary wellness ecosystem.”

Warm, not corporate. Helpful, not preachy. Humble, fun and clear, never clever for the sake of it.

Manifesto

We didn’t start a tech company to add more to your screen. We started one to take things off it.

The best products don’t announce themselves. They just make the morning a little smoother, the evening a little calmer.

We make things simple. Not because we think you’re simple, but because your life is complex enough.

life, easy.

Two colours and two typefaces. The restraint is the point: the arc does the rest, a gesture that frames a face, links two ideas and always suggests something beyond the frame.

From products to posters, the arc stays in motion: never complete on its own, because neither are we.

03 — The change

From more tools to fewer worries.

WholeArc isn’t in the business of telling people how to live. It’s in the business of getting out of the way so they can actually do it.

What we learned: two colours, two typefaces and one line were enough. The fewer things a brand asks for, the more room people have to feel it. And every product now answers one question before it ships: does this make the day feel lighter?
